RMA AND RETURNS

Do you want to register an item as an RMA or return? Send an email to info @ mr-security with your complaint or defect or call us on telephone number 023-2050100.
Send the item to us after receiving an RMA or return number. Pack the item in the original packaging.

The shipment must clearly state the address details and telephone number as well as the description of the problem and the RMA number.
The consumer bears the risk for the return shipment, therefore we advise you to send the package by registered post and to keep the proof of shipment, so that you can claim a possible loss from your carrier.
This online service is an efficient method for checking the “return” of the products in question, ensuring visibility and traceability so that the return process can be completed satisfactorily.

Ordering and delivery time

Standard delivery

When you order something from us we will ship your package from our warehouse in Nieuwe Wetering, Temse or Drunen. They sort your package and take care of further distribution. Once the order on our website has been completed, the expected delivery time is the 2 working day’s or Saturday.

* Orders that are placed will send directly the same day (working day)

* PostNL delivers our packages from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On Saturdays that is between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

* DHL delivers our packages from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On Saturdays that is between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

* DHL4you delivers the standard shipments to us from Monday to Friday between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

If your package cannot be delivered, most suppliers will offer it the next working day or it can be picked up at one of the collection points. You will also receive notification of this from the driver, which will also include the pick-up location.

If an ordered item is not immediately available from stock, we will let you know immediately. As soon as your subsequent delivery leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification by e-mail. You will of course receive additional deliveries without shipping costs.
